 Mission To introduce and expose young men between the ages of 9-18 within the Bay Area to programs that foster positive lifestyles choices as they become independent adults. Learn about the Options Academy from our President and Founder, Charles M. Lovelace The Options Academy, Inc. is excited to announce its new program to offer guidance to young men who exhibit the ability to succeed in life with the assistance of resources and support. Programs and topics to be offered to the young men through the academys community initiative include:
When and Where The Academy is a four month program for young men between the ages of 9-18. The Academy runs Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays from 3:30 to 7:00 pm at the Family Resource House Of Unity, 7200 Bancroft Blvd. Ste.230 Oakland CA. 94621 The program will also include educational outings that will help the young men understand the positive and negative consequences of their actions. At the end of each 4 month session, there will be a commencement and rights of passage ceremony to honor the young men and their accomplishments. Program Fees All young men are invited to register for the next upcoming session. The registration cost of the program is $195. This fee includes a special session book, program t-shirt and hat.
