About Options Academy, Inc.Options Academy Incorporated (OAI), is a pending 501(C) 3 non-profit organization. OAI is headquartered in Oakland, CA and was conceived and founded by Charles M. Lovelace in 2007. OAI is committed to youth/young men in aiding them in their lives to independence. OAI offers a holistic approach to that goal by addressing the body, soul, spirit & mind.Charles M. Lovelace - President and Founder of Options Academy, Inc. Charles M. Lovelace is a retired 29 years Juvenile Institutional Probation Officer of Alameda County Probation Department. He received his Associate of Arts Degree from Merritt College in 1979 in Criminal Justice Administration. He later received his Bachelors of Science Degree from Cal State East Bay formally Cal State University Hayward, in Criminal Justice Administration in 1981. Mr. Lovelace has worked in the field of Law Enforcement, Correction & Family Counseling for 30 plus years. His experience includes experience as a Correctional Office for San Quentin State Prison, Public Defender Investigator for Alameda County, Family Counselor for Scotland Youth Center in Oakland, CA., and Fraud Waste and Abuse Director for the Federal Government Navel Exchange Navel Air Station in Alameda, CA. He is also a church school facilitator for young adults and Co-Founder and President of EnterEdenProducts.com. In addition, he is an educator, motivational speaker and has committed his life to helping the development of students and young men grow from dependence to independence.
